Bear with us as we ease back into the saddle this week. We hope everyone had a pleasant Independence Day break. Considering it was the first since Sandy, the holiday marked a bittersweet reminder of the storm and how much the shore communities greatly affected have been changed. Despite the scars - both visible and discrete, these towns will continue to rebuild and are more than just a second home for many of us.
They are where our families roots and histories are seeded.
